Personalized Care for Every Stage of Recovery

At Neighborhood Physical Therapy, we believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution to pain or movement limitations. Every patient comes to us with unique goals, challenges, and lifestyles, which is why every treatment plan is completely personalized.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, returning to sports, or looking to improve the way you move, our one-on-one approach allows us to develop a treatment strategy that addresses the root cause of your symptoms—not just where it hurts.

As a cash-based physical therapy clinic, we're able to spend the time necessary to evaluate your movement, understand your goals, and deliver individualized care without the restrictions often associated with insurance-based treatment.

Functional Dry Needling

Dry Needling is an effective treatment for muscle tightness, trigger points, and movement restrictions. Using advanced training and specialty certifications in Functional Dry Needling, we incorporate this technique into comprehensive rehabilitation programs to decrease pain and improve muscle function.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy uses acoustic waves to stimulate the body's natural healing response for chronic tendon injuries and persistent musculoskeletal pain. This non-invasive treatment can help improve circulation, encourage tissue healing, and restore function.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery by gently lifting soft tissues. It is frequently combined with other treatments to improve mobility and overall movement quality.

IASTM & Hands-On Soft Tissue Mobilization

Manual therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) help decrease tissue restrictions, improve mobility, and restore healthy movement patterns. These techniques are commonly used to address chronic tightness, scar tissue, and overuse injuries.

Movement Retraining

Many painful conditions develop because of inefficient movement patterns. Movement Retraining helps identify these patterns and teaches your body to move more efficiently, reducing unnecessary stress on muscles and joints while improving overall performance.

Exercise Prescription & Guided Workouts

Exercise plays a critical role in long-term recovery. Every exercise program we design is individualized to your condition, goals, and progress, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and confidently return to daily activities.

No. Every treatment plan is individualized. Following your evaluation, we'll recommend only the treatments that best support your goals and recovery.

  • Can multiple treatments be combined?

Yes. Most patients benefit from a combination of hands-on therapy, specialized techniques, movement retraining, and exercise rather than relying on a single treatment approach.

  • How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Your initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, mobility, strength, and movement patterns. From there, we'll create a customized plan designed specifically for your needs.
