Personalized Physical Therapy in Westminster, CO

Physical Therapy Done with Purpose

At Neighborhood Physical Therapy LLC, we believe exceptional care starts with time, attention, and a personalized approach. Unlike busy, insurance-driven clinics, every appointment is one-on-one with your physical therapist, allowing us to focus entirely on your goals, your movement, and your recovery.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, returning to your favorite sport, or simply looking to move without discomfort, our mission is to help you achieve lasting results—not temporary relief. Every treatment plan is designed around identifying the root cause of your symptoms so you can move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in your body.

As a private-pay physical therapy clinic serving Westminster and the surrounding communities, we're able to spend more time with each patient, customize every session, and provide care based on what you need—not what insurance dictates.

We don't believe in rushing appointments or relying on generic treatment protocols. Instead, we take the time to understand how your body moves, identify what's contributing to your pain, and create a plan that delivers meaningful, long-term improvements.

Helping You Find the Root Cause of Pain

Pain is often a symptom of a larger movement dysfunction. Simply treating where it hurts isn't enough if the underlying cause remains.

Our comprehensive evaluations look beyond the painful area to identify movement limitations, muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, and mechanical issues that may be contributing to your symptoms.

By addressing the source of the problem, we help patients:

  • Reduce pain naturally
  • Improve flexibility and mobility
  • Restore strength and stability
  • Prevent recurring injuries
  • Improve athletic performance
  • Return to work, sports, and everyday activities with confidence

Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better today—it's to help you stay active and healthy for years to come.

Our Physical Therapy Services

Every treatment plan is customized using the techniques that best fit your condition, goals, and lifestyle.

Functional Dry Needling

Our specialty certifications in Functional Dry Needling allow us to effectively treat muscle tightness, trigger points, chronic pain, and movement restrictions. Dry needling can improve mobility, decrease pain, and help muscles function more efficiently as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in chronic soft tissue injuries. This non-invasive treatment can accelerate recovery, improve circulation, and reduce pain for conditions that haven't responded to traditional treatments.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy helps improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, and promote recovery by gently lifting soft tissues. Many patients experience improved mobility and reduced soreness following treatment.

IASTM & Hands-On Soft Tissue Mobilization

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and manual soft tissue techniques help reduce restrictions, improve tissue mobility, and restore normal movement patterns. These treatments are particularly beneficial for chronic tightness, scar tissue, and overuse injuries.

Movement Retraining

Efficient movement is essential for long-term health. We analyze how your body moves during daily activities, exercise, and sports to identify faulty movement patterns and teach more efficient strategies that reduce stress on your joints and muscles.

Exercise Prescription & Guided Workouts

Recovery doesn't stop when your appointment ends. We develop individualized exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and endurance while supporting your long-term goals. Every exercise is selected specifically for your condition and progress.

Return to Sport Therapy

Whether you're a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, returning to activity safely requires more than simply eliminating pain. Our Return to Sport programs focus on restoring strength, coordination, agility, and confidence so you can perform at your best while reducing your risk of re-injury.
